By using Wedding Plan Checklist you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
Free to Use
All tools on this site are free to use. We do not charge for access to the checklist, budget planner, guest list, vendor tracker, seating chart, timeline, notes, or downloads. We may accept voluntary donations via Ko-fi.
No Account, No Data Collection
We do not create accounts for you and we do not collect your personal data. All planning data (checklists, guest names, budgets) is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage on your own device. It never reaches our servers.
Your Data
Because we store nothing on our end, we cannot recover your data if you clear your browser storage. We recommend exporting your checklists and guest lists regularly using the built-in export tools.
Accuracy of Information
Wedding cost estimates, vendor tips, and planning guides on this site are for informational purposes only. Always verify prices and availability directly with vendors. We make no warranty that any information is complete, accurate, or up to date.
Intellectual Property
The content, design, and code of this site are owned by Wedding Plan Checklist. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Third-Party Links
We link to Ko-fi for donations and may include affiliate links in blog posts. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
